Our Organizational Structure
At AVA, we bring together industry leaders to collaborate, share expertise, and drive initiatives that benefit the low-fare airline sector. Our structure consists of a Board of Directors and four dedicated Member Councils—each focused on key operational areas.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, setting the direction and priorities for AVA. Comprised of senior executives from our member airlines, the Board ensures that AVA remains a powerful advocate for the industry's interests.
Member Councils
To support our member airlines at the operational level, AVA has established four specialized Member Councils. These councils serve as a forum for airline professionals to discuss challenges, share best practices, and shape industry policies. Each council meets three times per year to address critical issues and drive collaborative solutions.
